    Hi Keith,
The debugger could not find the symbols to use. It needs to download the symbols and so connect to the MS server. You will need to rerun the debugger.

The symbols will get downloaded to the folder C:\Symbols. Check there is such a folder on your C: drive or you can create one. If you want to download the whole set of symbols, save them to that folder.

    Matt

To clarify, if needed :), you must be connected to the Internet while debugging.

    KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: bf803c15, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: f3d7ac64, Trap Frame
    Arg4: 00000000

Keith, I can only give you a few things to go by.

You will need to check further dumps. A single dump may lead you/us down the wrong path. Do you get the same error message each time (1000008e) or they reference the same files/codes?

What I found at the Knowledgebase:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930916/en-us

This talks about the file Win32K.sys, except that you have SP2 and more recent versions of those files. It may be some sort of guide (the keyboard or it's drivers)

    Virus?

Concentrating on the first link, I would look for updates of the chipset drivers. The chipset appears to be VIA. Check at the computer/motherboard manufacturer's website first, if there are no "post SP2" (2004) drivers there, look up your chipset model at VIA www.viaarena.com. Then look at installing the ntfs.sys updates if the problem continued (1000008e Stop errors).
