I have windows XP installed on my computer. I live in Indiana. The Indiana legislature recently enacted a statute which requires Indiana to go on Daylight Savings Time in 2006. Can anyone tell me specifically how to set the clock on windows XP so that it advances one hour when Daylight Savings Time arrives? Thank you very much.

Right click on the clock go to Adjust Time/Date then to the Time Zone tab. Place a check mark in the box for Automatically adjust clock for Daylight Saving changes. Then click Apply and then OK. Hope this helps.

abx--I would be surprised if MS does not issue a patch to permit an automatic conversion when using the setting per lj50's advice.
You are going to love DST!! :)
P.S. Does the change take place this year? I assume you are in the part of Indiana which does not already use DST.
