Date of the post display format

Maybe impossible, but it won't hurt to ask.
Normally, the posts say 5 hours ago, 2 days ago, 1 week ago, etc.
Is there any way to see the actual date of the post, instead of looking at my calendar?

 

Yes, it's part of your User Profile

 

Where are you seeing that?

The date, time of a post is shown in each post header bar and in the summary in the forum view.
