Data loss on outlook Express when compacting

    I compacted my outlook express and last messages. I went to the Recyle bin and found the inbox file there. I clicked Restore. The Data dispear from the recycle bin but when I went Back to outlook express I found that the messages still lost. Email address removed by Moderator
