    Hi Ebony
    Welcome to the boards.
Two things? Did you do as suggested and run scandisk? Secondly, have you called your isp and told them you're unable to recieve your mail?

    Hello Daisy,

Thnx for replying .. I have had my computer for over 7 years and have misplaced the disk. Also I was hoping that Tech Support could send me some type of attachment that would allow me to run and fix the problem !! I am able to receive email thru' Explorer but not thru' MOE where I have my address book and old emails, etc.

    Thnx

    Hi again Ebony
You don't need the disk to run scandisk?
    Go to start....programs......accessories...system tools....scandisk)
You might want to try going to Windows Updates and update your Outlook Express to the newest version and see if that helps?
Do you know what version you are (not) running right now?
