I did a quick search, could not find any additional info. If your info is correct, could you find a "Mirror Site" to download the same file? Sounds like a "server / address / file" issue.

Found the error code on the windows update trouble shooting ...

This issue can be resolved by enabling "Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections" in
    Internet Options.
To enable "Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections"
    1. Open Internet Explorer, click "Tools," and then click "Internet Options."
    2. Click "Advanced."
    3. Click the "Use HTTP 1.1" check box.
    4. Click the "Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections" check box.
    5. Attempt to access the Windows Update site again.

Thou I dont have a proxy, but tryed in anycase... NO LUCK ;/

Your thread title is not only uninformative, but verges on the distasteful - see Posting Rules #3, #8.

    You have been warned.
