How do I shift cursor focus from toolbars to the webpage I am viewing and vice versa?

Right now when I tab through the cycle I am going from the address bar to live search to yahoo toolbar and then sometimes to the little house/scissors/copy/paste functions then back to address bar.

For example how do I put the cursor from the address bar down into the webpage so that I can navigate the buttons there?

Normally clicking on an area of the screen places the focus there. I find it dificult to move the focus with keystrokes within a web page, but it's also possible. One keystroke you might try is F6. The alt-tab combination can highlight the current page when it loses the focus, also.

Alt+f will get the focus up on the toolbar. Once there you can use the arrow keys to go where you like. To get it back to the open page, press the Esc key.
