CTR+ALT+Del no longer brings up the window to close/end programs

Any Ideas on why CTR+ALT+Del no longer brings up the window to close/end programs ?

I am running Windows 98SE. Recently I noticed that when programs hangup and I push CTR+ALT+DEL the window does not show up at all. Does anyone know if there is some command line in an INI file somewhere that I need to tweak ?

What happens if you ctrl-alt-delete when there are no hung apps? If it works then, your entire system is hanging when it doesn't work. Only way out is to reboot. If this is the case, the next time it happens take note of the app you were using and what you were doing at the time of the crash (also any error messages) and post back. You need to figure out why the program's crashing and fix it if possible.
