Cryptic Error Message

    Use WinXP Home SP-2. Every time I return to my desk top I get an error message which says

    AN INTERNAL ERROR HAS OCCURRED. CRYPTIC ERROR MESSAGE D627
    Note: (you Have Not Done Anything Wrong)

    OK


    I have to click on the OK button twice before message disappears--but PC operates normally. Very annopying. How do I fix whatever the problem is??
