CRTCClient hangup

    Ok Microsoft has not helped so here goes

    During shutdown or reboot my computer hangs up at CRTCClient not responding. It does not continue untill I hit END NOW.

    Windows XP Pro clean install just done and a bunch of programs installed. Norton System Works 2004, Tweak XP Pro, Sonic Cine Player, and on and on.

    Any thoughts
