Creating redudancy for file server

    I am setting up a network with three server with windows 2003 enterprise edition. I have set up the file server in one of the severs. I want to make shared folders available to users even when the file server is down. How can I do that?
    Is DFS the answer? Is there any othe simple way that we can do this?
