I have an odd problem I hope someone can help with. I am running Windows Vista Home Premium. The problem is happening in both Windows Mail and Windows Live Mail. If I click on "New" message a new window opens, but it is blank. Mail hangs and I get messages saying there has been a problem, the program is closing and windows will look for a solution. It doesn't find one.
I have found that if I delete the email account then I can click on New and the window opens correctly to create a new message, but obviously I can't send or receive any messages with no email account set up. I have tried uninstalling Windows Live Mail and re-installing it but that didn't make any difference. I can't find away of removing Windows Mail.
Does anyone have any ideas what is going on?

Has this problem just started to happen, if so you may have a virus or malware.
