    Hello there

Can anyone advice me on whether there is a way to quickly generate contacts from a huge number of emails - rather than having to open each one up individually, right click, select make contact etc etc. I have about 3 thousand which I need to input into a database, but can't work out if there is a quicker way.

Would be very grateful for any help
    Thanks very much

    p.s. it's Outlook 2003

Do your reply to these? If so, they should be added to your contacts.

The option Bill is referring to is only in Outlook Express...

Probably won't help, but you can click on File->Export and export your current contacts to several different programs.
