I want to create a folder call Tools which would contain simple exe file utilities. I want to have it at the same level as Documents, Pictures, Videos and Music. How do I go about this? Where do I save the original folder?
How do I point it to the library? When I try by putting the Tools folder in
Computer>C>user>me and create a library from there, I get a folder
    within the library Tools.
