Windows Vista Creating a Mail Addin for Windows mail & Outlook Express

Hi, I need to develop an antispam addin for Windows Mail (Vista) and Outlook Express. In which I mainly need to add my own toolbar, an item in the right click menu and another item in Tools menu of the mentioned mail clients. I am using c/c++ (win32 APIs)

Kindly Help me, if you have any information to

• Get handle to all the child windows (EnumChildWindows does not return all the visible child windows)
• Regarding getting handle to the menu of windows mail client
• or if any third party is there which provides with such addins but i want it in c,c++ not in MFC or .Net

I really need help at the earliest, kindly help. It's a humble request to you all!
