When watching a video clip, sometimes the quality in full screen mode is very poor, so I prefer to watch it at reduced size. In this case, would be better to
have a uniform background (say black for example). How can I have such option
ready on my desktop, when I need it? Is it feasible? Thanks, Paolo, Rome,Italy

Hi demaag, if I understand you correctly, then all you have to do is: right click on your Desktop select Properties, Desktop Background none, and select black from the colour range.
