Creating a address mailing List

    I have enter a number of contacts/businesses in Outlook. I now wish see and print their actual mailing address lidted and later print mailing labels - not email lists

    I am using Outlook 2003 so am having difficulty. The company names does not appear against the contact and same question as previous on how to print list and also labels

    I'm not sure that I can assist further with this question - I have not used Outlook 2003 nor do I have a copy to refer to - my use of Outlook 2007 is in a home office environment and I have no Company names to list.

    I've no idea how 2003 Contacts differ from 2007/2010.

    There are others on the BBS more familiar with the ins & outs of Outlook than I am.
