CPU usage running 100% on Windows2000 Prof. until reboot

    I'm running Windows 2000 Professional on a Dell C600 Latitude Laptop with 512Megs of RAM. After opening ACT2000, AOL, and OUTLOOK for approx. 45min to one hour, CPU isage stays at 100% even after closing all applications. Any suggestions?

    CTL-ALT-DEL and go to task manager and then processes. See what is using up the CPU cycles. If you want, post back the information.
