    Hi all,
Q: is there a program that will tell me what temperature my CPU is running without going to have to shut down and going into bios setup?
I can read it in bios setup, but there must be one that works from win XP. Free of cause!

Everest Home Edition, will show the CPU temp, MB chipset temp (if available), video card temp (if available), HD temp (if available), the RPM of your fans (not the power supply fan) if you have the 3 wire connection to the MB, all in real time.
You might end up spending a few hours poking around seeing what this program will show you, it is quite extensive.
