Resolved COTS Disk Recovery Tool...

    Greetings -- I'm in need of a COTS disk recovery tool that can recover a corrupt FAT table. I'm sure that the data is still on the disk, but the FAT table is hosed (when plugged into Windows machine via USB: Dialog box appears, asking if I want to format the disk...) There's irreplaceable data on this disk that I need recovered.

    I'm ready to spend $$ to fix this -- I've had it with all the freeware tools that I install, that also install 5 toolbars, and a virus-scan program along with the software itself, which doesn't work as advertized anyway....

    I'd just like to click a few buttons, and the disk is recovered / re-written overnight... Can anyone recommend just such a tool...?

    I use Testdisk all the time with my clients.
