Resolved Corrupted PPS, WMV and e mail files in Windows Mail

I looked at this [Presentation Viewer 2007 will not open .pps file in Windows Mail] in the search, but it does not seem to be the same problem.
This comes up when I try to open a WMV, Windows Media Player encountered a problem. Some WMV shows work properly
Some youtube video links open normal while others only load, but do not play.
In one WMV only the first slide frame out of 6.64MB came up.

In Microsoft 2007 PPS Viewer some pages open, but most are corrupted or do not show at all.
In one PPS, the show starts with just the outline of a slide, but when I right click and go to a few other slides, it will start going normal in this particular one.

Some pictures send in Windows Mail e mail are corrupted like half a picture, just a backgound color or while others in the same e mail come up normal. When forwarded to our other computer, it does the same thing. That one uses Windows Live Mail 2011
I downloaded IE9 to see if that made a difference, but it does not.
I also tried the PPS and WMV in Google chrome. It does the same in both browsers.
None of the Anti Malware and Anti Virus scans show a problem. Other than the items stated above, the computer seem to work normal.

 

At first glance I'd be inclined to say that hajzliky.pps is at the very least suspicious and pretty likely a malware of one form or another.

 

This problem has been going on a good while before I got this PPS. The scans did not turn up anything suspicious.

 

I am going to mark this issue as resolved. I can only surmise that the corruption of files happen during the transmission of those files. (pps, e mail pics and WMV).
None of those files are critical to my existence.
