correct boot sequence for 9x

    What is the correct boot sequence for 9x using the following files, please?


    CONFIG.SYS
    AUTOEXEC.BAT
    MSDOS.SYS
    IO.SYS
    COMMAND.COM

    I think it is

    IO.SYS
    MSDOS.SYS
    CONFIG.SYS
    COMMAND.COM
    AUTOEXEC.BAT

    but someone else is telling me it is

    IO.SYS
    CONFIG.SYS
    MSDOS.SYS
    COMMAND.COM
    AUTOEXEC.BAT

    which is correct, please?
