    Dear all,

    I have an Acer 4620, Core2Duo 2.2Ghz, 4G RAM, 160GB HDD, Vista Ultimate.
    Do you advise that I install Windows 7?

    Meanwhile, I'l be checking available drivers and the Win7 upgrade adviser.

    Why not? - if you want to.

    I have Windows 7 HP running very well on a 1.6 Ghz dual core Centrino with 2 Gb RAM HP laptop.

    If you can run Vista Ultimate without any problems, you can definitely run Windows 7 as well. You can also run the 64-bit version.
