Copying from one flash drive to another?

I have copied a large number of images in jpeg format from CDs to a 2GB flash drive. I now need to transfer the images to a number of other similar flash drives so they are duplicates of each other.
I am running Windows XP Home edition.
Tho I claim to be Intermediate, I will probably require step by step instructions.

Use XCOPY, a native XP utility.

Note: Be sure to use the "Safely Remove Hardware" notification tray icon when switching USB pen drives, if it appears.

Start, Run, cmd

xcopy source_drive_letter: destination_drive_letter: /v /i /s /e

Example: Copy all files and directories from pen drive E: to pen drive F: Verify the copy:
xcopy e: f: /v /i /s /e
