I am giving a lecture , using a digital projector ; almost all of the 100 images are my own, but I want to show the front page of a web-site that I intend to refer to ; the owner gives permission. But when I try to copy it, I get a html copy and can't find a way of turning that into a JPG ?
    Any suggestions ?

    Try a screen shot.

With the page displayed, hold down one of the Alt keys on the keyboard, then press the PrtScn (Print Screen) key. If you don't press the Alt key, it will copy the entire screen, Taskbar included. Using the Alt key tells it to copy only the active window.

That will copy the active window to the clipboard.

Then just open whatever graphics program you use (MS Paint will do) and paste the image, save it as a jpg.

Much simpler method - use Windows 7 Snipping Tool - see below :) ....
