    Hello All -

I have a problem "copying and pasting" on my new computer. I am currently running WinXP Media Edition and have MS Office 2003 installed as well.

I edit a monthly newsletter for our local Elks Lodge. The entire newsletter is done in MS Publisher. I get a lot of the information to be included in it via e-mail. In the past, using WinXP Pro and Office 2000, all I had to do was "copy" the information from an e-mail and "paste" it directly into the form I created in Publisher. Done deal.

Now, with the newer version of Publisher, when I try to do the same thing the "pasting" gets done in several seperate text boxes (some of them completely empty) that stretch across the entire page. Since the newsletter is done in two columns per page THAT is a problem. The only thing that I've found that works to any degree of simplicity is to "paste" the information in the e-mails to Word and then "copy" them again to "paste" them in Publisher.

What, if anything, can I do to accomplish a simple copy and paste? I can't believe that the only option I have is what I described above. Sheesh!

As always, any and all help is greatly appreciated. TIA :)
