Here's the way I copy and paste:
When I'm on a email, I Right click on the text.
    Select All
    Copy

At this stage the highlighted text has underlines under each line.
When I go to wordpad and paste the copied text, it adds the underlines.
How can I do it to eliminate the lines?
If I just paste the directly into an email, the lines aren't there.

This sounds like your wordpad may be set to underline in the fromat options. If this is not the case try running IE repair. This should also correct any problems with Outlook Express.

Molehill--Just to add to what rcerrato said, underlining is an option under Effects in Font when you click Format on the Wordpad menubar. If the box to underline is checked, uncheck it, click OK.
