I have a Laptop (Gateway) that has Windows Xp on it. My client used the administrator profile. The windows got corrupt and needed a re-install. I re-installed Windows XP (keeping all data files). But I can not copy her old data files because they are read only because they are located in the old administrator profile. How can I get access to copy these files to her new profile?
