Convert word to pdf

    We have Microsoft 2003 and Adobe Reader 8. Both Excel and PowerPoint have the option to convert documents to pdf. Word is missing this option. What happened and how do I get it into Word?

    Thanks for the idea. We've already gone through that idea and it's not an option for the user. They already have the adobe converter installed in Excel and PowerPoint. It's not visible or it did not install into Word. And of course, we, being an educational institution, cannot call Microsoft for support because we, the staff, do not have access to finances for payment.

    We do have Adobe Reader 8 installed on the computer. Confused why Word does not have this option. And baffled how to get it into Word without uninstalling and reinstalling the entire Office application.
