First of all, show all Control Panel Items sorted by name by opening a Run window (Windows Logo key+R), type or copy and paste cmd /k dir %windir%\system32\*.cpl /on (note the four spaces) and press Enter.

Now rename (preferable to deleting at this stage) the two unwanted items by typing ren c:\windows\system32\nnnn.cpl nnnn.old (where nnnn is the name of the file) and press Enter. Close the Command Prompt window.

At a later date, the renamed files can be deleted.

Sometimes, just deleting the CPL will not actually remove the item from Control Panel, Windows may display a generic icon in its place. If so, you must delete the corresponding registry values in these registry keys:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ ControlPanel \ NameSpace

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ ControlPanel \ NameSpace

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Control Panel \ Cpls

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Control Panel \ Cpls

Nero is gone but adobe is still there. I don't see it in the list.
