contact list on windows mail

    We are having problems with our contact list.
    We are looking for a way to add a new contact without having to create an email first. For some reason, our option of having a list the same as the list is when creating an email and looking for a contact, has disappeared. We are trying to get this back to the way it was in the first place.
    Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

    Try this:
    Open Windows Mail > click Contacts > right-click in a blank space in the right pane > select New > Contact.
