I checked in the keyboard option for shortut their is a Stop option but i desativated it but even their it keep closing ! I also communicated with the seller he does'nt seen to know what to do. Please if someone know hat to do or check it would be really appreciate

Try going back to your old keyboard.

Did you run a software installation disk for the new keyboard? If you did, you should try uninstalling the software through Control Panel (you don't say what version of Windows you have). See if it works without using the installation disk.

If it works without installing the software, do it that way, it will be much more stable. The software may allow you some extra key functions, but stability would be my aim.

If you are not getting very far, like can you identify the key combination/s that cause it and what exactly is happening, like is a program crashing or it is being told to shut down? You might need to suspect the keyboard is faulty. I would take it back and ask to try a replacement.

It might be on the same wireless frequency as another device, like a wireless telephone handset. So investigate something like that.

that pretty bad i dont really know the combination between it's the left keys on the keyboard that i use to play (q,w,e,r,t,a,s,d,f,g,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,f1,f2,f3,f4,ect) also smetime it's just put my computer on stand-by mode bu after i reactivate it he just close directly. But when that happen that so fast that i can't see what is going on. Sometime i seen a square box but i can't read it because he close directly after. Thanks for the tips between that really apreciated

I cannot test your system/keyboard, you need to do it. I can't guess what might be happening, you need to troubleshoot the problem. Here are some methods...

Take the keyboard back and ask for a replacement, it might be faulty. We might be wasting our time if it is faulty to begin with. They need to supply a warranty that the new hardware functions correctly.

Isolate the problem, find out when it happens. Can you make it happen?

When you isolate it, look at what is involved (the game, many programs/Windows or just key combinations).

    Matt
PS If it goes into Standby, then crashes on waking, it is probably trying to restart a program (the "square box" error). Try looking in Event Viewer (see Help and Support if you don't know where to find it).
