connection refused-NS 7.0

I keep getting "connection refused" dialog box when home page is downloaded and when trying to use bookmarks.

Check your Proxy settings located at:
Edit | Preferences | Advanced | Proxies.

You should have "Direct Connection to the Internet" selected unless you really do have a proxy setup.

Temporarily turn off your Firewall to see if it makes any difference.

Rename your C:\WINDOWS\HOSTS file to HOSTS.bak, and see if this makes a difference.

Let us know if you continue to have problems.
