   I want to watch internet-streams in Windows Media on my TV.
   
   I got Composite and S-Video-connections on my PC and matching cables.
   
   How do I set my PC up to 'transfer' the stream to TV?

   afaik you need a video card that supports dual monitors or at least has a tv-out port, then the tv acts as a monitor.

   My PC has a TV-card with TV-ind and -out. Is that the same?
