Conflict HP with PAPERPORT

    I Got the HP 1522NF printer it has a toolbox where you can send out a fax by print to fax. It worked great! then I installed PaperPort on the computer, since then when I try to print/fax it tells me to re-install HP . but it will not work no matter how many times I re installed it.
    I did it on another computer same problem, did it on a laptop same problem, HP t/S has no idea what to do.
    can anyone help. or will HP need to update the software, Paperport said as long as paperport works we have nothing to fix

    As you have apparently proven, you can only use one or the other, not both at the same time.

    I very much doubt it. Only HP can fix the problem & if they have given up.........

    Cancel all existing queued print jobs. Try uninstalling both the hp and paperport. Then delete all printers, there may be some left behind, including PDF printers or paperport items. Then reinstall hp.
