On certain online application forms we are asked to complete the confirmation code i.e. letters/numbers in a box.
Am I the only one who can't ever get them right. Yesterday I tried to complete one for Sky Player (in UK); I copied the letters exactly more than a dozen times, and every time I was told I had got it wrong.
Does anyone else have this problem and is there some knack to doing this?

Those type of safety features are usually case sensitive, but sometimes some fields don't work right, some form would tell me that my phone number or postal code was invalid. You can try to notify the web master about it.

Yea, but I had a look at the one used by Sky, and it is one of those old versions, so basically completely normal characters & no color.

If you are sure you are using the correct case, I'd contact them to find out why its not working.

The newer versions usually also have one that will "read" them to you via a sound file, to aide the visually challenged/impaired.

Thanks for your replies, but Arie please never suggest contacting Sky if you are looking for a solution; that's like asking Gordon Brown for a straight answer!
