I had IE6 all along because I did not like IE7 when I tried it.
I recently tried to upgrade to IE8 and when I did, my computer went extremely slow. I uninstalled it and tried IE7 but the same problem.
My computer is as fast as normal with IE6.
When I tried IE7, IE would open then close right away?

Have other people experienced this before? Any ideas?

    Sorry

I may or may not start a new thread if this gets older than 30 days. I honestly should have not posted 2 active threads at the same time.

So if I feel the need to continue this, I will.

I am open to suggestions anybody has about this problem but won't actively deal with this, until I have time.

    Still working on my

Hi sniper9228. When you install IE7 or IE8 have you tried deleting all your Temporary Internet Files? Try clicking Start< All Programs< System Tools< Internet Explorer (No Addons) Does IE7 or IE8 start up normally now? If IE starts up normally then its an add on thats causing the problem. All you have to do from there is click Tools< Manage Addons and try re-enabling each add on one by one until you find the culprit.
