I have a HP TouchSmart 9100 all in one.
(We have 6 of these, and I had to format & reload 1 recently.)

The 1 I just formatted, keeps going to sleep/screen turns black.

The computer Power Options are set to:
    Dim Display: NEVER
    Turn off Display: NEVER
    Put Computer to Sleep: NEVER
Plan Brightness: is clear to the right as bright as possible.

my Screen Saver is set to: None

I've looked at the other pcs that we set years ago, to not sleep, and I'm not finding any setting differences. So I must've forgotten something.

Any ideas on how I can get it to maintain the screen image all the time.

I ended up changing in the advanced power settings that the hard drive "never" sleeps or hibernates. That seems to have corrected it for now.

On our other pcs just like this one, that setting is on 20 min. and they don't fall asleep.
I think it's some HP software setting that I don't recall that we changed something on previously.

But anyhow, it appears to be working as needed now.
