Computer saving web pics as bmp and not jpeg

    I am currently running windows xp on my computer. Lately when I want to save a picture from a website, it always wants to save it as a bitmap when the picture is a jpeg. This is with any site and have no problems trying to get the same jpeg on a different computer. Aside from having windows on it in the first place...it has not been acting unusual.
