My computer has been running considerably slower online. I ran ad-aware, NAV, and spybot. Adaware was removed and no viruses were detected. My quick launch icons take 2 clicks to launch and my window in IE that I am currently working on keeps "graying" out and I have to click the screen to highlight it. I know it slowness is not coming from my ISP. Any suggestions as to what it could be. I also ran TDS-3 and it found some trojan horses that I removed. thanks

The first thing to do is get a copy of Hijackthis, save it to a non-temp folder, run it to generate a log, and post said log on here.

There may be something else wrong but this is most often a problem with some critters that snuck in past AV and spyware killers and are causing you problems. If so, they should show up in the Hijackthis log.

It looks as though you have a peper infection. Download the following fix to your desktop and double click. Then click 'Find and Fix' and reboot if prompted.

    http://members.shaw.ca/techcd/VB_Projects/PeperFix.exe

Reboot again when finished and post another HJT log.

Looks like you got it. Just the run line reference left. O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [4JXTWR926KPJFH] Wait to see if any of the other forum members have anything to add. Scan with HJT again, place a check next to the following entries, close all other windows and click fix.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [KernelFaultCheck] %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -k
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [4JXTWR926KPJFH] C:\WINDOWS\System32\JximoD.exe

Open C:\Windows\Prefetch, select all and delete. Open My Computer, right click Local Disk C: and choose properties, then disk cleanup. Check all except compress old files and OK.
Reboot and post a new HJT log.

BTW, This is what identified the infection in your first log.:)

I see Stardock\SDMCP.exe listed in your running processes. I know Stardock is the creator of WindowBlinds. I've never used it before but have done a bit of reading about it in the past. I wonder if it (or maybe the current theme you're using) could be causing the problems you're having. From what I've read, some of the themes can cause all sorts of odd problems. If you're using WindowBlinds I'd try changing to a different theme, or maybe just revert back to the default xp luna theme and see what happens.
