   hey ..
   
   i have a Desktop Computer with OS windows XP SP3
   my problem is when i give it an order to shutting down ,it come freeze on this periode
   
   " your computer is shutting down ... "
   
   and nothing happend till i turn off manual
   
   can any one help me with this problem
