    Hi robtech2,

Welcome to WBBS. Please read the Rules of Posting. An appropriate subject will garner nore attention than just "Help ".

Also, info is needed on what browser you're using; what Service Pack you have; how long has the problem been occurring and what did you do before this happened?

Thank you Geri for reminding me about "posting rules ".
jpChris , my browser-Internet Explorer, OS-Windows Xp Pro SP3.Problem occured 2months ago. What I did before this happened, I don't remember probably nothing terribly wrong.
I used "Reg Cure "-registry cleaner (ones or twice) to resolve problem but didn,t help much.
    Thank You All for help

    Hi robtech2,

So, this has been going on for a couple of months now? Does it freeze an any other time or strictly when you're on the web?

If it's strictly when you're on the web, try this quickie and see if it helps (this is directly from Microsoft):

Caution: When you use the Reset All Settings feature in Internet Explorer, you will disable all browser add-ons. Therefore, [you] must re-enable the add-ons that you want to use afterward. Typically, an add-on is not re-enabled when you reinstall it. You must manually re-enable the add-on.

To perform this method, follow these steps:

    1. Start Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options. *
    2. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset
    3. In the Internet Explorer Default Settings dialog box, click Reset.
    4. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
In Internet Explorer 6, click Restore Defaults , and then click OK .
    5. When the settings have been reset, click Close, and then click OK to restart Internet Explorer.

    * You can also perform the same action through Start | Control Panel | Internet Options.

Also, since you rate yourself as a Beginner, I urge you with all candor to not use any type of registry cleaner whatsoever. You can cause more problems than you "fix" if you're even the least bit incautious. You may have caused this problem yourself by being injudicious.

Anyway, if no joy, post back.

You're welcome. Glad it was easy to fix. Tell your friends, too, to visit here with their problems.
