Is it USB mouse? Try another mouse, another USB port, try PS/2 mouse, try your mouse in another computer.

Have you followed the advice in your other thread?

You said it boots ok in safe mode. Type at a cmd prompt (start > run) msconfig and in the startup tab disable all (Button bottom right) and reboot. If it boots normally, then re-enable one at a time booting between each and see which is a culprit. It shouldn't beep with all disabled.
