compn.dll - help

What is this? this is giving me all my problems. like, i osted in some threads about sypware problems but it turns out it is a registry problem

every time i used regiistry mechanic this comes up as the only rpoblem. it keeps cnahing my homepage, adding stuff in my favorites, pip, everything


can someone help? it'd be appreciated
