comodo firewall pro says it off on start up

the problem is i do not have comodo firewall pro. had it once got rid of it long time ago and put in search and deleted that. but still comes up.
changed to security essentials from one care recently and that comodo started popping up about the same time. why?
using windows xp firewall,with ie8s smart screen filter enabled. and that sort of makes me nervous but if there is comodo firewall somewhere on the computer how can i get another firewall or why is it getting along with the xp firewall ? sort of thinking about zonealarm?
this is getting really annoying,help please.

got xp media center,(really pro)

 

do i have to start a new thread? comodo firewall is back! popping up on start up. help! the annoyance level is high.
