    Hello wise men!
Everytime I boot up my Windows XP Service Pack 3 I get an eror notice that says "Common Event Manager has encountered a problem and has to close "
What the hell is a common event manager and does it belong to a program or to windows??

The Common event manager is part of the CA software package. CA suggest removing and reinstalling to fix the error.
