Color printer prints black/white

I have an HP DeskJet 672 C deskjet printer. Up till now, the color has worked fine. Today I printed a pic in color from IrfanView, but it came out in grayscale. I doublechecked the settings, and it is set for color. I checked the ink cartridge and there is still plenty of ink in it, and yes I did remember to take the plastic covering off the part where the ink comes out. I had it print a test page and it came out in grayscale too.

It printed in color fine up till now and I can't think of anything that'd make it malfunction.

Thanks, I already read that page and did what it said to do. Nothing worked. I'm gonna order a new color catridge and see if that'll help. If not, I'll take great pleasure in throwing this printer in the garbage!

 

I got the new color cartridge and now it prints in color.
