I just joined MSN. I can't figure out how to close a web page. I always have to use the 'back' button. So there's a zillion addresses on my task bar.

So there's a zillion addresses on my task bar.

If you mean opened windows, the "x" in the upper right hand corner will close that window. Or right click on the taskbar window, select close. If these are PopUps, you need a popup killer. Here is a link to one I use.

  3. to hide this advert.

If they are pages that are not pop-ups or a new page (back arrow not highlighted) then close them.

If they are strung together, then to make the process faster to get back to the original page, right click on the back arrow and click on the bottom entry or wherever the page that you wnat is. Repeat until at the original page.

    Regards - Charles
