[Closed] Problems with HP Mini - Broni was helping me

I am really sorry to have disappeared. Broni was helping me get my little HP mini fixed and your last instructions were to use OTL to do a scan. I couldn't get it to work so I shut it down for the night and sort of got off track with it.

I want to finish up and make sure it is good to go and would like your assistance, if you are still willing to work with me, seeing that I dropped from sight.

When I copy the stuff into Custom Scan like you instructed me and click on quick scan, nothing happens. It just sits here.
