[Closed]Please help me get rid of welik.exe

I have contracted welik.exe. TrendMicro won't get rid of it and it has stopped my browsers from working, as well as blocked me from using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.36.

Sorry to jump in, but I know how frustrating it is when you post to a forum for help and not receive any.

Have you tried booting in Safe Mode with Networking? If so does that permit you to use your browsers? At which stage it might be worth downloading/installing another antiviral application such as AVG (AVG has proven in my experience to detect/remove viruses that other antiviral apps didn't even notice).
